These details are used in reminder messages. The reminder never includes the rent amount.
Safety rules
- Only recognized Equity payment SMS messages are processed.
- Duplicate transaction references are rejected.
- Payment is assigned to the transaction month when the SMS date can be read.
- If tenant matching is uncertain, the SMS is left for review instead of guessing.
- Reminders are skipped after the tenant is fully paid for that month.
